How to participate in business meetings

1- Online registration

After opening your Member Area: Choose your Participation Package and then fill out your Profile page. Your registration will be submitted for validation by the event’s executive committee.

2- Send your meeting requests
‍

One month before the Event... at the opening of the online catalog, select the companies that you would like to network with and start your meeting requests. You can add a note justifying your request.
‍

3- Approve your received requests
‍

Each participant has the option of requesting a meeting: You can either accept or refuse. (Please do not leave pending requests).
‍

4- Receive your meeting schedule
‍

One week before the event, you will receive the schedule of your validated meetings (by both parties) as well as the conferences that you have requested to attend.
